The Axis Sales Academy is a fully funded, hire‑train‑deploy initiative that prepares fresh graduates for Sales Officer roles at Axis Bank branches across India. It offers structured onboarding, certification, and assured placement after successful completion.

📌 Key Highlights

• Eligibility: Graduate (≥ 50%), age 21–28, up to 9 months of work experience, must hold a valid two‑wheeler driving license, and have no relatives employed at Axis Bank or pending legal cases.

• Training: 6 days of virtual online sessions, followed by assessments and role plays; includes pre- and post-assessment rounds.

• Job Role After Completion: Absorption as Business Development Associate / Sales Officer at a branch within 10 km from your location. Base salary (₹2.24–2.36 LPA depending on city tier) plus incentives (average ₹5K and up to ₹60K monthly). Benefits include group mediclaim and term insurance.

• Selection Steps:
